Refund & Exchange

As all these items are made to order, Inkibabinki™ does not issue any refunds unless it is faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: due to the nature of handmade products, please expect certain degree of imperfection and/or slight difference from the pictures shown in this website.

Returns must be within 30 days, where I will offer you an exchange. (Must be unworn, unused, unwashed and tags attached).

Exchange will be issued ONLY if the order was incorrect on my behalf.

Buyers will also pay the postage cost for the return.
