Inkibabinki™ and Inkibabinki, Geometric Triangle, Two Circles & Design™ are trademarks of Inkibabinki™. Inkibabinki™ will strictly enforce its intellectual property rights under applicable trademark, copyright and industrial design laws.

- PRODUCTION TIMES

Inkibabinki™ items are made to order. Therefore the production time is approx. 3-4 weeks from the date the order is placed and all information required is received.

Please allow approx. 5 weeks production times during peak seasons. 

- CANCELLATION POLICY

As these items are made to order, all orders are final.

 - SHIPPING

Within Australia:

All packages will be sent by Australia Post (standard parcel post). I am more than happy to combine postage where appropriate. For combined postage / express post / signed on delivery, please contact me for a quote.

PLEASE NOTE:

* even though it is very unlikely to happen, but in an instance where the items are lost in transit, inkibabinki cannot take any responsibility for those items that have been lost in transit. 

* all standard parcels sent within Australia come with tracking number.



 International:

In order to keep the postage cost affordable for international buyers, all packages will be sent via UNREGISTERED parcel airmail. However, inkibabinki cannot take any responsibility for items that are lost in transit (saying that...I never have any problem with it).

Alternatively, I can offer REGISTERED PARCEL AIRMAIL. Please contact me for quote.

The shipping time will be varied from one country to another but it usually takes approx 2-3 business weeks (not during peak seasons). 


* a confirmation email will be sent to buyers once the package has been dispatched.
* please contact me if item not received after 4 weeks from shipping date.

TO AVOID DELAY:

 *Always verify your shipping address is correct at the time you place your order.

TO AVOID DELAY DURING ALL FESTIVE SEASONS:

* All International orders should be placed AT LEAST 6 weeks before the date.
* All orders within Australia should be placed AT LEAST 4 weeks before the date.  
* NOTE that the above leadtime doesn't include the production times. Please refer to production times policy.

- RECOMMENDED CARE INSTRUCTION

* All non-removable cushions to be cleaned with spot-cleans or delicate hand-wash and drip-dry under shade.

* If possible, always try to use gentle, delicate detergent soap.

* Avoid vigorous scrubbing.

- OTHERS
